There are six kinds of UV coating: 

No. 1 

glass coating, which is suitable for organic glass, toughened glass, glazed ceramic tile, crystal and other glass materials that need special treatment, there are quick-drying coating and with two baked, the former wipe and let for 10 minutes to print patterns, the latter need to be put into the oven to bake before printing patterns. 

No. 2 

PC coating, some of the hard PC materials, usually very poor adhesion; some PC materials can be printed directly without coating; general imported Acrylic Plate Printing need to wipe PC coating. 

No. 3 

metal coating, suitable for aluminum, copper plate, tinplate, aluminum alloy and other materials, transparent and white two, need to be used in the finished product, can not be used before stamping, injection molding, otherwise the effect will be greatly discounted. Leather coating 

No. 4 

is suitable for leather, leather, PVC leather, Pu leather, etc. . Spray on the surface of leather material and let it dry naturally.

No. 5 

ABS coating, apply to wood, PVC, ABS, gypsum, thickened kraft paper, acrylic, PS and other materials surface, wipe coating, natural drying can be printed. 

No. 6 

Silicone coating, suitable for silicone, rubber material. Poor surface activity, to flame treatment, or adhesion is not enough, flame treatment is usually based on experience, the surface can not spray too thick, or not easy to dry.

Deployment

Coating required deployment agent has a fixed proportion and mixing skills, need to follow the instructions.

Cleaning

Before operation, must thoroughly remove oil, water and dust in the coating area, and keep dry, clean. 

No. 3 

Compatibility

Once it is found that the coating and UV ink dissolution, foaming and other chemical reactions, the need to replace a better compatibility coating. 

No. 4 

Protection

Coating pungent smell is generally large, operation process can wear masks, disposable gloves. 

No. 5

Matching

Different materials corresponding to the coating type is also different, do not take a coating to match other materials. Spray

Spray

Avoid applying too much pressure to the nozzle during coating operation to avoid uneven spraying due to large amount of liquid. 

No. 7

Drying tools

For drying the hair dryer (hair dryer) , should choose to buy low wind speed, low noise is preferred, can also choose household oven as drying equipment. 

No. 8

Drying Time 

The coating in the natural environment to dry about 4-8 minutes (different materials, slightly different time) . Using a hot air dryer, the coating can be dried in about 1 minute. The hot air canister must be operated 30cm away from the surface of the coated medium to avoid the coating being uneven by strong wind when it is in liquid state.

Avoid contact

Do not touch the coating until it is completely dry. Do not touch the surface of the coating after drying to avoid affecting the printing effect.
